We take care of all the technical stuff so that you can concentrate on your zone of genius designing and selling quality products.
PATTERN CUTTING
We start by discussing your designs and provide a quote for your initial investment. This is for first draft paper patterns and toiles.
When no further alterations are required we create sturdy card production ready patterns. We can also provide spec sheets and working drawings as required by your manufacturer.
TOILING & FITTING
Toiles are made in calico whenever appropriate however sometimes we need to toile in a substitute material and can source this if you wish.
We provide fit comments however recommend that you also fit on your own models before discussing any alterations.
It's always recommended to fit each toile on at least two different people because our bodies, even if the same size, have different porportions and postures.
FINISHED SAMPLES
If you don't have your own sample team... that's not a problem. Leave everything to us and we will handle everything from working drawing and pattern right the way through to your finished sample delivered in plenty of time for your launch event.
We can also suggest manufacturers for production and liaise with them if necessary.
